SERVICES TO EMPLOYERS

HORIZON TNL strives to raise awareness of the importance of hiring qualified and bilingual immigrant workers, while offering employers personalized support in their workforce recruitment and retention.

Our services

First, we try to find you an exceptional individual in our own database of qualified candidates who has already settled in the province and is ready to work.

We can also host virtual job fairs and in-person speed interviews for you:  we coordinate all aspects of these events, including pre-screening, tech set up, and sharing feedback with candidates.

If such a candidate cannot be found in the province, we have the ability to search in other provinces, through our established Canada-wide network.

We can also represent you at various job fairs and events throughout the year, such as the National Job Fair  in Montreal, to find the qualified person who will be right for you.

Finally, if a suitable job candidate cannot be found in the country, we can help you recruit internationally; Destination Canada Mobility Forum, held annually in France and Belgium, is an excellent opportunity to achieve this goal.

INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT MAY BE THE ANSWER FOR YOUR COMPANY

A Skilled and Diversified Workforce

Adapt your recruitment approach to address the challenges related to your skilled labour needs. Capitalize on diversity to remain competitive in a globalized economy.

Simplified Recruitment

By recruiting Francophone or bilingual workers internationally, you may be eligible for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) exemption. This option expedites creating an immigration file and accelerates the hiring process for international employees.

We will support you in your efforts to facilitate the professional integration of your new employee(s) to promote long-term success and retention.

For your convenience, we have prepared a downloadable document which provides answers to frequently asked questions from employers wishing to recruit internationally.
